Easiest Diet Plan

Hi, I’ve been having difficulties to lose weight sometimes a go, these tips here is very easy to do, and it really works.
Let me remind you, that excercising here is what I think the successor. On each cardio session, I don’t care about how long I go, but I focused on how much calories I burned.
My target is at least 100 cal on each cardio. Then I do yoga. I also walk, for more than 1 hour everyday. From what I’ve read, keep moving is also the key to lose weight.
So if you really wanna try this, remember 3 things: count calories, keep moving, and drink a lot. Oh, and do it burden-free.

Ideal weight: (woman) body height-110
(man) body height-100
Find out your Body Mass Index (BMI) and how many calories you need daily

How you do
* Eat every 4 hours. For 4-6 times.
* Drink 2 glass of water before eating. The water will start the digesting system, so you’ll digest faster, and you will feel half full so you won’t eat as much
* Rice and full portions only at lunch.
*Always start with breakfast!!

What you do
* Eat potatoes, cauliflower, lettuce, cellery, brown rice, wheat product (oatmeals, spagetti, pastas, etc)
* MORE PROTEIN!!!!!!! (Fish, milk, cheese, dairy products. Choose LOW/NON FAT).
* Replace butter, mayonaise, cheese, and oils, with garlic, chilli, and spices, and hot sauce
* AVOID RICE, NOODLES, PASTAS at all time.

* Drink more water. The more the better so target at 10 glass of water a day.

* Interval training and physical activities for min 1hour daily. Cardio training is highly recomended, I also do yoga. Also great!!

At the Gym tips:
* Do aerobic training (treadmill, cross training, static bike, anything static) for 30-60 mins

* Do interval training (go slow for 3 mins then go fast for 1 minutes and repeating) for 45-60 mins

* Do strength training (dumbell, weigh machines, push up, squat, sit up) for 50 times daily

* 3-4 bottles of water

* A class or two of 50 minutes to 1 hour yoga. Really help your mind relax and positive

* Don’t wait till u’re hungry, eat every 4 hours, so u don’t get hungry n eat so much

* Eat slowly, takes 20 mins for ur tummy realized that it’s filled

First Ever

Helllloooo…

This is my first blog ever. Heck, it’s the first time ever for me to write something and put it online. My man made this whole thing for me… hehehe. Sooo…. what should I write in this thing??

Oh, here’s a starter. I’m a girl in my early twenties. I thought about random things awfully often, sometimes i write them down but more often keep it for myself. So when this blog were made, and my man ask me about the name i want, i really don’t know. Toilet thinking is the first thing that crossed my head cause I think people tend to think about things when they’re in the toilet, you know, when they’re pooping and some maybe smoking, and I’m sure not everything that people think when pooping is important. I don’t. Well, you either don’t you??

I think I’ll just gonna put things i think about here. So he won’t wonder and ask me what i was thinking about when my mind wanders.

Just so people know, I usually think about politics, environment, and girl things, and sometimes life. Oh, maybe I’ll also put song lyrics here. Not many, just songs i like.
